Operation R.E.A.P. · Church Network
Operation R.E.A.P. is building a network of churches across Michiana united around one conviction — the next generation belongs in the local church, and we grow them there together.
The Vision
This is not a program you send your young adults to. This is a network you join — a community of churches across Michiana that are committed to developing the next generation together, regardless of denomination or background.
The early church didn't grow by competing. It grew by devoting itself to teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer — and by doing that together across cities and communities. That's the model we're following.
Through The Treehouse, young adults from churches across Michiana gather, study the Word, develop their gifts, and are sent back into the local church equipped to serve. The church that sends them gets back someone stronger, more rooted, and more committed than when they left.
This is unity in action. And it starts with us deciding to build together.
