What is Branch?
Branch Worship Collective is the worship and creative arts arm of Operation R.E.A.P. We take young singers, musicians, and creatives and develop them from the inside out — spiritually, technically, and in leadership.
Branch is not a performance program. It is a formation ministry. Every rehearsal, every curriculum, and every opportunity to serve exists to develop ministers, not performers.
We train vocalists through Branch Voices and Branch Ensemble, develop musicians through Branch Band, and grow creatives through Branch Creatives. Worship Leaders from Branch serve in local churches across Michiana — including Crossroads Community Church Mishawaka.

The Branch Teams
The foundation for all vocalists. Open to all levels. Vocal development, ministry culture, and song learning in a structured, supportive environment.
The development tier for singers actively working toward becoming Worship Leaders. Studio recording, praise team ministry, and advanced vocal work.
Deployed singers serving Crossroads Community Church Mishawaka Sunday to Sunday. The first official church placement for Branch's most developed vocalists.
The musical backbone of the collective. Developing Band and Lead Band tracks for musicians at every level. Placed by audition based on skill and readiness.
For spoken word artists, dancers, and visual and media creatives. The storytellers of the collective — developing their craft and integrating it into worship.

The entry point for every track. Open placement for vocalists and creatives. Audition placement for musicians. This is where formation begins.
Branch Ensemble / Lead Band / Creative Leads
The development tier. Audition required. Deeper skill work, studio recording, praise team ministry, and preparation for deployment.
Worship Leader Pool
The deployment tier. Application, audition, and interview required. Serving Crossroads Community Church and future partner churches Sunday to Sunday.
